Hey, has anyone else noticed when you click on links in firefox a dotted border appears around them?

I am using {display:block;} links and onclick="{function};return false", this funtion loads dynamic content using a tab system and ajax

It's not a bug and all my functions work fine, just this dotted border that appears on the clicked link is annoying

Does anyone know how i could fix this?
I also notied that this happens more on links that i apply {display:block;} to, don't know if makes any difference

They're for accessibility, so if you remove them, be aware that you're making it difficult to tab through the links.
