Hey all,

I've been playing around with my flash template (from Template Monster) and I have been doing pretty good with it since I decided to go the route of using the html layout instead of the complete flash layout...Anyway, my problem is this: When I exported an animation (swf) from the original fla template, and put it into my html page, I get that annoying 'edge effect' which is when the animation plays (even when transparent) it show the defined edge...It's as if the animation is getting cut-off because the animation is going outside the 'box' it's in, another words if you load any flash animation in the html editor, you see the flash 'container' and when you load any flash animation in the web browser you should see it play...Well it does, but the animation clearly shows (even as transparent) the defined box when the animation moves over it...And I double checked the width of the animation and it is correct.

Anyone know the fix? I know it can be done because in the original flash (swf) it doesn't show it like it does in HTML.

The animation is of a guy spraying a can of spray paint, and when his arm moves the paint seems to be 'behind the line' of the flash container as opposed to just seemlessly flowing in the view.

Thanks
-Brian

Sorry, I don't have it published at the moment, but I could upload the html page with the flash inside if you want..But I didn't think it would be that hard to solve...But if you insist, I will upload it, and you can take a look 'offline' if you want.

If this helps, I am using a background image on the html page

Thanks!
-Brian
