I have a news feed on my site and it works OK on other sites I can see.

However, on my site the quotation marks in the news title appear as question marks.

I think its something to do with an encoding setting in the header (I had a similar problem a couple of years ago and that was the solution but I forgot how I solved it...)

quotations marks should always be encoded as "

You might also check your character set, you should use either UTF-8 or iso-8859-1
