I would like to know what browsers the Japanese unicode doesnt work in the title of the ABBR tag.

the Japanese unicode doesn't work in IE 7 ( neither in previous versions). It also doesn't work in Safari (3.1.2) for windows.

Opera (9.26) and Firefox (3.0.1) are ok.

It will not work in all versions of IE and also will not work in SAFARI.
