In the paragraph on this web page I have tried everything from Dreamweaver CS3 generated Justify Tags to manual html input for the Justift Tag, and NOTHING seems to work. Can anyone find the problem?

<p align="justify" class="c1 style1">Billy Moses is a media fanatic that makes unexpected appearances in radio, TV, and Internet broadcasts everywhere. He was employed as one of two assistant webmasters for The Adam Carolla Show. He was featured on air several times, including a bit where Jimmy Kimmel talked his mother through finding his porn stash, and a lie detector test to prove that he was not a virgin.<br />

  In January 2006 Moses hosted his own T.V. show called "The Billy Moses Show" out of Bellflower, California's Time Warner Cable Studio which eventuality fell out due to him pursuing his passion for radio.<br />

Moses has often made it a point in his life that he wants to eventually host his very own radio show.  After Gayle Parks, Operations Manager of WPMD Radio hears of this, she wanted to make his dream of becoming an on-air personality a reality for him. As of February 2007 Moses started hosting his own radio show on AM 1700, in Los Angeles. After hosting that show for two years Program Director Dennis Clare let Moses and co-host Robin Steal go for "Not having show content that fits the station format." Moses was deturmed to keep his show on the air.</p>
<p align="justify" class="c2 style1">Moses then set up a contract with the online service NowLive, and Blog Talk Radio to start producing his show. After two weeks Billy left both services due to "Lack of professionalism, and too many technical difficultly." In July 2008 Moses started to host a radio show in titled Infectious Radio with his long time friend Robin Andrews from who he met through comedian Robert "The G-Man" Shields. Infectious Radio remains are still in effect today. The program is broadcast worldwide each Tuesday from 8 PM to 9 PM Pacific Time to a potential listening audience of over one million people.</p>

Agree, CSS does NOT belong inside CDATA at all.

And .. there is no "justify tag" .. justification is an ATTRIBUTE!

Isn't "justify" a value of the (depreciated) align attribute?

(But at least valid for when it comes to the CSS text-align property.)

Yes, justify is is a value of the deprecated align attribute. There are align attributes throughout this page that need to go away, as do the CDATA elements. If you've given us all your code, you're also missing a DOCTYPE.
