I am wanting to display a skyscraper google adsense like this:

I already have everything else coded on my site. If you need to see my source, go to www.DecayedAds.com >right click>source. I can't seem to get it there

It's far from the most semantic way, but look into absolute positioning.

there isn't a "skyscraper" unit in your code
but without delving too deeply, float right a container between the #bg5 open tag and the #page open tag looks to be favourite.

get rid of the deprecated <center> tags as well if you intend to keep the XHTML DTD.

and DON'T under any circumstances use absolute positioning for something so simple

I agree, do not use absolute positioning for something like this because chances are it will appear different on of peoples monitors. You could have a wrapper around your entire website and flat the ad right. That might make it work, but I have not tried this.
