You will have to edit the CSS manually to alter the color, shapes and sizes of differenet elements within your website.
If its hosted on blogger, you will need to find the bit where it says #body or somethin similar and delete: "border: 1px solid white" , this is basically the CSS telling the browser to show a border of 1px width in white.. so just delete it and it will no longer have a border. All you need to do is find where the exact bit of css is, and alter it.
Always backup your template before making any changes however!
