One more hurdle to over come. I have another site at http://gooddomainhost.com where I sell (actually it is all free, but this is not advertising...or is it?) domain registration and hosting in exchange for the right to advertise on user sites. One of the "ads" is an "about us" page which displays the links to all my sites as we discussed here previously. I thought it should work but then realized all these sites are on a separate IP address but they are still on the same server. Any ideas on how to get around this problem so that I can still use one file to update the links page on all sites including those on a different IP address?

If it is on the same server and the files are on the same drive it should work.

Same server, same drive but different IP address so it seems the common file structure is something different than /home/domains etc. Can't locate the common directory but I will try again.

I have used php includes to update multiple sites but sometime it is easier to use rss feeds from the site that you want to propagate to all the others, you can setup a cron job on the server to add new data as often as you like this way.

Still can't get it to work.
