Should be pretty easy to fix. The first warning means you will need to make sure you have a robots.txt file in your root and that it has the correct code in it. See http://www.robotstxt.org/. Basically you tell search engine robots how often to visit your site, i.e. how often do you plan to make updates to it.

The second error seems to be that you have two head tags? Take away three of them so you only have 1.

The third error is probably because you have no meta data added for keywords and description. Modify these to your needs:

What about this for logic - they will associate it with taking a dump.

By the way - you make websites with member areas and promises of millions of users... but you didn't understand the error message about the head tag. The head tag thing is sort of like REALLY basic - the most basic of basic. So you know: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about websites. That's probably why you think 1 million completely uninterested users is worth anything. I think fixing html is not really the thing you need help with.

for the robot.txt, there is a tool in google webmaster tools that help you to build this file
