Dear Friends. I have a big problem and im looking since a longtime for a solution. But i havent found what i have to do to fix the problem. So i need your help and suggestions to solve this big problem. I hope that some experts could give me advice or show me what i have to do. Im looking and searching since a week and i have tryed many things without success. I have a website which i have build with joomla, some addons and templates. My resolution on my pc is 1280x1024 and the site looks ok in 1280x1024 but when i change the resolution to 800x600 or 1024x768 my websites design breaks down. My English isnt perfect so i added some pictures to explain the problem. Please take a look! And let me know what i have done wrong and how i can fix this. Thank you sooo much and waiting desperately for a help! Please temporally change your resolution to see what i mean!

For any Y-intercept you have to much/to large of an x-axis range.

Aka, your site is made for widescreen monitors, so you can either make clients adjust to your specs. Or you can make the site more vertical/use %'s and not fixed widths.

biber,

The Joomla template you're using isn't designed for small screens. Modifying that template to fit smaller screens would require a fair amount of expertise and some pretty major structural changes - more than somebody is going to be able to give you in a forum response.

If supporting smaller screens is required, I'd look for a different template that looks good on smaller screens.
