i have a rar file on my web server that i want to create download link for my friend but when i try to create the link, it will not work.

i made sure the link are correct and it still doesn't work.

are there any trick to this? or rar file can't be linked?

if it is a free host like freewebs.com you sometimes cannot host files for download. It could be that or you aren't giving the correct link.

Why don't you put the files in a zip file ??

Are you 100% sure that the path in the link you're giving your friend is correct - including any mixed-case letters ?

oh never mind it works now. odd dunno why it didn't work before.
