I am new to web design and new to this forum, so let me say thanks in advance for any assistance anyone is willing to give me.

Recently, the company I work for has decided to do away with its bimonthly print publication and in its place, have a public website containing articles.

Recently, I received an email from one of our members concerning the new web site:

When I opened it, it seems that I have to click on each individual topic on the left hand margin.  Is this the only way to read it?  It would be nice if I could read it all on the same screen, by scrolling down, and/or print it out in its entirety.  Is this possible?

I was tasked not to make long pages so users would not have to scroll, but is there a "print" feature that is available that will print a "nice" copy of "all" the articles for the user without having to go to each page and print it from the browser window?

Any input anyone can give will be appreciated.

You can make a print CSS file that will allow proper printing of the articles, but there is no "print" feature that will print ALL the articles as you mentioned.

You can convert all your articles to PDF, look into NitroPDF, there's a Firefox plugin that will convert a web page to a pdf. Then you could combine all the article pdfs into a single document from there.

usually i convert html to pdf (as was earlier recommended) using Altsoft Xml2PDF tool. it has merge function so many html documents appear in one pdf, if I understand you right
