Can someone look at my site and give some ideal about what else it needs. I realize it needs alot, just not sure what it needs and what it can do without. Someone please let me know.

Thanks
Scott

Maybe it is just me, but a header that does not take up half the page would be a good start. That and a little color.

Agreed with colbyt. Now, I don't mean to sound overly negative about your website, so... here is your input.

The fact that the header is almost half the page is very disorienting. And definitely the fact that you are using a frame so you only are scrolling half the page. I find that very annoying, and I believe that other users will as well. I like it how you have your header made in flash, and the rest of the site in html. I think that is a step in the right direction. But the header actually looks kinda cheap and beginner-ish, in my opinion. Mainly because of using times and having a very slow framerate. A little while ago, I made some choice comments about flash here.

I would also recommend changing the font. Times is the default font for most browsers, so my mind automatically assumes that not very much time went into making this website. And since this is a site for web design, that is über-important.

That is the end of my overly negative post. For now. Hope it helps.

First off, nice to see that you use relative size for text - user can adapt size for their needs. I like the black and white look - no need for colour to get your message across.

Not so good - you advertise yourself as a web designer but use tables to set out your own site. That would be a complete no-no for me.

I ran your site through the W3C validator and found it failed - only just but neverless I would expect someone charging for web site design to be more careful.

Hope this helps.
