Hi!
I am trying to write some pages in Russian, Spanish, Japanese, and Arabic. Notepad shows the characters properly, but when it is transferred to the web, the characters become scrambled. Do you know of any fixes? I appreciate any help. Thank you in advance,

You need to change the pages character type for each different language.

The charset "ISO_8859-1" Will cover These languages

<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;charset=iso-8859-1" />
