I have been ported over to a new server by my hosting service, and have since had troubles with my images displaying in my pages. I am assuming that all the code is correct, I have been pouring over it for the last two days.
I think that it might be a server issue, as nothing that I do to change the code to give a work-around is working to display the images. I just get the dreaded red-x symbol where each image is placed on my pages.
Also, I can right-click in Firefox to "View Image", which then proceeds to display each image in a new window. Therefore, the code liking the image itself is correct. When I type the direct address for the image file into the web browser, it also displays the image.
I have even just created a simple HTML page with an image on it to ensure that it wasn't the code from my pages that was causing the missing images, and still the image didn't show on the page.
The link to my site is here:
http://www.familybaptistmi.org/index.html if someone wants to view the source code for my document. Also, you will be able to see for yourself that my images won't load within the document.
As I was looking over forums, I found that some who had this problem just had to add the "onLoad" behavior to "Pre-load images" for each pic, but I have already tried that, and it doesn't work as well. This is why I am thinking that it is a problem with my server, in which case I'll take this up with my support department.
Just wanted to check here first and see if anyone had any suggestions, or in the best case, solutions! Thanks in advance for anyone who can help.
Sincerely,
John Sullivan
