Hi,

I am developing a website and I need help with positioning a flash video that once it's in the WEbsite it messes up the look of it. I need it to be able to match the columns

Please check the .jpg file for you to see how it looks.

HTML code for this :

Code:
<div class="slogan" >
	  <object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=7,0,19,0" width="314" height="296">
        <param name="movie" value="banner_principal.swf">
        <param name="quality" value="high">
        <embed src="banner_principal.swf" quality="high" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="314" height="296"></embed>
      </object><br />

</div>
CSS:

Code:
.slogan{
float:left;
border-top:14px solid #525252;
padding:4px 0 0 0

}
Thanks

Give .slogan a width that matches your Flash of 314px.

Check the sticky in this forum about embedding Flash content. SWFObject is one of the preferred methods. And yes, you do have to define a width in your css, in part because you've floated it. You'll also want to clear the float after that.
