Alright, in http://www.wetheweb.org/contact.html it looks just fine in IE. But when you look at it in FF, you will notice it is completely messed up.

I know what the problem is, but do not know how to fix it.

The problem is the fact that FF has a different default text style/size than IE, so it takes something like "50 characters wide" that looks fine in IE, and makes it MUCH larger.

How can I fix this issue?

You may want to start by cleaning up some of the errors in the validation http://validator.w3.org/check?verbos...2Fcontact.html There are a couple of weird things happening with your code that may be messing with things. If cleaning up the errors doesn't fix things, you will have at least eliminated it as a possibility.

You should begin every CSS file with a reset so all browsers are on the same level. Then you begin your markup AFTER that. (i.e. don't touch the reset CSS)

I wouldn't go that far. There's no reason to 'not touch the reset', as not everyone wants to reset every single thing - I don't. I don't USE everything in that reset to begin with, but if I do need to use something, I'll add it to my own reset.

While I agree that a reset is definitely necessary, you can wind up with overkill too.

Sorry, your right as always LadynRed. I customize my reset as well.

Is removing the "form" reset a good idea?

I know this is not about the "subject" it self... But I looked around on your website, it's a nice and clean design. I have a suggestion though.

Do NOT Guarantee Customer Satisfaction - because that's just something that will never happen... When you are saying something like that you could easily pay back over 50% of your orders. Trust me, I tried it! Phew!
