Hey guys,
Im am just wondering how I would go about putting one of those little images into a tab on my site. I searched for it but do really know what its called other than an image in a tab and I also wouldnt have a clue as to what laguage its needs to be coded in so sorry if this is posted in the wrong section.

That is called a favicon. Here's some more information on what they are and how to use them.

That called a favicon.
Here's a cool generator for that. All the directions are there as well.

You may have to wait a day or so for the icon to show up on a live site.

Why didnt I think of that "favicon" its so obvious lol.

Also check this link to get the plug in for Photoshop: http://www.telegraphics.com.au/sw/

I used it and i will be happy to help make your own .ico file using Photoshop.

There's also a free app called png2ico that will convert a png file to an icon.
