Correctly print images using float

Hello all,

I've noticed that when using IE, images that are floated do not 'float' correctly when printed. The text doesn't wrap around the image like it does on the screen. Instead the text wraps at the page edge, the image sits underneath it and following text then sits below the image.

This doesn't happen with Firefox or Safari. They both print as expected.

I am using a 'print.css' file and appropriate inclusions in the .html file.

Has anyone seen this before, and has anyone found an 'easy' fix for this?

Thanks.

don't use floats in your IE print styles is about the only way. Another job for conditional comments

You only need to put the overrides in there for the problem elements.

Thanks Chris.

That works, but I think I'll just tell those complaining about the printouts to switch to Firefox.
