Hey, I need to make a web page. I don't know how to start or what type of programming to use. I want to make a website that on the homepage all that shows up are 3 buttons and when you click on a button it like slides out at bigger frame/page (in the same browser) displaying a website(navbar, data, pictures, etc.)... similar with the other 2 buttons, with the ability to click on a button and go back to the 3 button options without having to press the back button on the web browser or refreshing the page. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Drawing it on paper would be a great start, then you can design it with HTML and CSS.

If your looking to make a fancier page try using some JavaScript.

Or hire a professional.

The best thing to do here, since you don't have any knowledge or experience about it and you want it to be good, I suggest you should hire a professional web designer.

for the very 1st step you have to know something about HTML and CSS, it will be for simple webpage, and if you want some stylish then use any software like xitepro

If you don't know any HTML, and want to design a page I would probably suggest learning it.
You can use w3schools, or I learned the basics through http://www.quackit.com.
