Hey everyone,

I have a couple of problems with my website in Internet Explorer 6 that I can't fix.

http://www.lilwaynehq.com

First off is the sidebar issue. At the bottom of the sidebar, we have the "Poll" and "Subscribe/Twitter".

Now in Firefox and IE7, it looks fine, but in IE6, it cuts off about half of it

Second, my logo changes every 6 seconds to a different picture, but in IE6, it does not

And lastly on this page: http://www.lilwaynehq.com/young-money-entertainment - It shows the pictures of the music artists in the boxes fine in FF or IE7, but in IE6, they are shown underneath all the boxes

So does anyone know how I can fix any of these issues?

Thanks alot and I appreciate it

I would suggest that you read up on all of IE's bugs here: www.positioniseverything.net - that's a starting point.

You also need to validate your code, you've got a LOT of errors complaining about missing or extraneous </div> tags.

On your twitter/rss box - put the proper width and height dimensions on the <img> tag in your html, it's sloppy to leave them off and, as you've found out, IE doesn't do will when it's guessing.

You're #sidebarleft is set to a width of 104px, and your twitter box inside that is set to 200px - the 104px width is what is actually being renderered by IE. I would guess that this has to do with your missing or mis-placed </div> tags.

Ok, I have sorted the divs out (the rest of the errors are mainly my adverts which I can't do nothing about.)

And I added the width and height onto the img tags, but still no luck.

I will try and swap the sidebar widths around, but its hard on wordpress.

Your sidebarleft is still not wide enough, it's only 104px and your twitter box is 200px - do the math - it doesn't add up.
