I have a dropdown menu in one of my contact forms, and I've seen on some websites they have fields/options in their dropdown menus that are unclickable.

I have a form users are required to choose the subject, so the first option I have is 'Please Choose', is there a way to make this unclickable as just a title or something?

Instead of typing
<option value="#">home</option>

Just type this as your first option
<option>Please Choose</option>

I hope that fixes it
