Im using a template I downloaded for a work in progress site but having a little trouble with the Navigation links, the security link should expand like the life safety link does.

This works offline but when published the the security tab does not expand

You closed the </li> for the Security link before you added the <ul> for the submenu. I do that all the time.

You should have:

<li>Security
 <ul>
  <li></li>
  <li></li>
  <li></li>
 </ul>
</li>
