I would like to add a search box to my website, I would add the code and comment it out, and then once I have tons of things on my site I would un-comment it out and have it available to search for things on my site

I would also like to have radio buttons to search the blog, forum, gallery, startrek, golf, oceanlife areas also. EDIT: And, if possible, a "This Page" search.

Thanks in advance!

I think your best bet is to look into adding a Google search. You can get a free one (results page will show small ads) or you can pay for the "basic" that has no ads - runs $100/year.

You won't be able to do this with HTML alone. You will have to use something like PHP or ASP. I agree with imagn that your best bet would be to use google's search. It is going to be difficult to create something that searches your content, especially if the content is not in a database.

Nevermind, I am using Simple Machines Forum as a CMS, I will not be on as often as I used to, but will still come and go...
