Links that "jump" when you click on them

Has anyone ever encountered a probel where a link "jumps" when you click on it?

For example on the following page, if you click on the link labeled "Chillicothe Gazette Election Archive" or "Local Races" or "State Ballot Initiatives" sometimes the text will "jump" one line down, and other times it won't. [Links are located in the box in the center content area of the page labeled "Election 2004"]

I am guessing that it might have something to do with extra spacing or tags...

I am on Windows2000 IE60.

Any input would be appreciated, thanks.

It appears that you have a </a> in the wrong place - - According to the code it appears that you are attempting to create three lines with three different links - however the </a> that should be after state ballot is in the wrong place - - It is actually after the image for Initiatives instead of following state ballot.

I made the change and everything now works correctly on my desktop. Nothing wrong with Microsoft IE since that's what I tested on - - didn't have time to test on other browsers....
