3) i have went here http://www.gorank.com and used there compare for my keywords
and have out ranked many web sites that offer the same thing but dont have a PR yet
makes no sense but then again only had site like less then a week

PR is not just based on Keyword density. Alot of factors go into it.

Yes that will help your PR alot,

Exchaging links with high PR sites helps the most in the long run. You will not see an instant change but it will come.

how long does it take before you get any PR ? and my site had already been deep
crawled by google which i think is a good thing but still lost

I believe google updates PR every month or so. But you need alot of sites to link to you and the sites must remain linked to you.

Another Key is that the sites that you are linked to have to be crawled as well.

I just checked your Link Popularity which is a big key for PR and you only have 8 total links.
