Really really quick question about backgrounds on my website. Im using dreamweaver MX (other program suggestions would also be helpful) and when i try and use a back it either is to big or to small and repeats. How can I make a background that will be usable for all or most screen resolutions that may be able to maybe become bigger and smaller? Thanks

Yes.

The easiest way is to design your site with the WIDTH tags using percentages (<table width="50%">)

CSS is the easiest (probably the best) way to do this, but it can also be done with standard HTML like TABLEs and DIVs.

Well, agree. And if you want to use a fixed width - then you may make few verions of your site (for a different resolution) and then redirect you user to right version. Anything you need - it's a script that will determine your user's resolution. Search for it...
