When view this page in IE7 and I'm assuming IE8 there is a freeze that goes on for 3-5 seconds. The page freezes then it loads. It works fine in firefox. There is a print function on the page, where you can select check boxes and click 'print'. This is where the lag is I'm guessing.

I don't have IE7 any more, but you could try something like BrowserPool or some other browser emulation service.
