Im wondering if someone could help me please.
Im trialling a menu here : http://www.toolhire2day.co.uk/how-to-hire

the menu on the right hand side - what i am wanting to do is get the links to open in the main Wordpress template in an iframe - i set up a widget and put the code in - but it says page not found on the various methods i have tried.
I am using Wordpress for this site and the tool hire categories are being driven from the hire companys site - thats why i have had to resort to iframes to display the content within my template.

I cant seem to get them to open - i have only done one so far which is under access and support - Folding work platforms - but this just opens the page without the surrounding WP Template at the mo.
Does anyone know if this is possible without me having to create a Page for each end every sub category - i have created pages for the top-level categories as in here :

but it would be reaaly nice to utilise thatmenu to open the sub cats in the iframe as well if i can.

I also have a little problem with the arrow laying over the text in the menu that i cant seem to nail down.

use the target attribute, given the fact that it is the sole purpose of the attribute.

Sorry Chris not with you - im a bit of a newb at iframes - whats the target attribute ???? Ive always avoided iframes but on this occasion i need to use them. I will try to google of course but any additional info would be helpful mate.

yeah but in the world of wordpress that surley means i have to define a page with the frame and the 'name of the frame' which kind of defeats the object?????? I'm trying to avoid that as it means 100+ extra pages .....
or do i define one page with a frame embeded and then target that - sorry to be a thicko here but it's grateing me - i think i may need a pint..

ah - as in hard code the page.php or something like with an iframe you mean - ill trry that and see how i get on. Thanks

I think you need a plugin for iframe.
You can download the plugin here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/embed-iframe/ and install it in your wordpress blog.
