Hey guys,

I have been working on this issue for quite a while and I havent been able to get anywhere with it so I thought I'd ask for some expert help.

I have a completely static page developed in HTML and CSS but when it loads initially, the entire page gets pushed down a few pixels. And the weird thing is, if I refresh the page, everything is back to normal and it is the way it should be.

Does anyone have any ideas on why this is happening? Please and thanks for your help!

First give the brief idea about your problem.
Are you using tables in your page. or using <DIV> tag.
It might be the problem of table spacing.
