guys i have HTML question, this really confused me..
this about WFP (world food programme) banner

lets say i choose this banner

if i put those code on my blogs, and if "mouse over" the banner it will show link

i was thought thats is not normal, it will go to WFP DONATE site, which we can go there only with short link

i wonder why WFP put too much code (specialy when its go to donate page) and its also showing not normal url on adress bar.

i change my HTML code, make it short and simple with still direct to the RIGHT donate page. (without weird long url)
anyone can explain about not normal WFP banner code? i thought maybe something i dont know about wfp weird code.
anyone pls help explain? thank you

The tooltip is showing a truncated src attribute. It has NOTHING to do with where the link will go to.

well yeah i know. if you try to add the original banner code from WFP to your blog..and then if you click it...(which of course it will direct you to donate page) the URL on adress bar look weird.

The "utm_" bits are google analytic tracking IDs so the receiving site can track where the referrals come from.
