Safair Problem with Navigation

Part of my navigation has "kind of" a pull down menu. It's more of a "fly out" than a pull down menu, but the box does appear if you mouseover the nav button.

The problem is that in Safari 4.0.4, it goes behind a rotating graphic on the page. This problem does not occur on IE or FF. Only Safari. The funny thing is that the other images on the page are fine, but there is a rotating pic and that is causing a problem.

I'm sure the issue is with the "fly out"

www.martekdavits.com Put your mouse over "specials" in Safari.

Any suggestions?

It is sometimes hard to please all the many browsers out there. Are you coding this using a WYSIWYG editor or in notepad. Using a debug feature or script cleanup feature in Dreamweaver is most likely to correct the problem.

The nav is written in PHP. It's a ZenCart website and the nav is customized. It's not the standard nav that comes with the website. Can I paste the code here? I don't write PHP and had someone do this for me. Now he's gone. (imagine that)

Thanks for your help.

actually the "problem" is with the absolute positioning and z-index:1000 of the "slideshow" element.

add
Code:
#hoverpopup {
    z-index:1100;
}
Into your stylesheet.
