I want to generate a RSS for a static list of urls (not a website).

I have a list of 1000 urls (title and url in excel format). I want to create a RSS to share 10 links of this list everyday with other people. In fact, a RSS to read the url list and show 10 links to the subscribers on a daily basis (or any other period).

What is an effective and simple to do so? Thanks for you help!

I have a list of 1000 links in a file, and I want to create an RSS to show links 1-10 in fiirst day and when checking the RSS during the second day it shoes links 11-20, and so forth.

It's like to create a RSS to read old links of a website!

Not going to happening using HTML (the forum that this thread is in).

You need to write code to open the file, format a series of XML files in RSS format then publish them somewhere.
