I need way to include dynamic list/table in my basic HTML website. (Example)
It should allow to edit data from within browser and be sortable and also would be good if there was way to make search or filter data by certain criteria.

Please help me find FREE solution.

You're going to need some server-side solution - such as PHP (which is free) to do anything like that.
