My website is supposed to be centered. The brief shifting to right-aligned seems to occur while content is being loaded. While I use a lot o CSS, my overall layout is still table-based. Would converting to CSS-based resolve this issue?

I'm not looking to get into the whole table vs CSS debate, but am curious if others have experienced the above issue as well.

Content is loaded via an external web service. The issue does not always happen consistently, but more depending on web service speed it seems. I was able to duplicate it with both IE and FF.
