I have a rather general HTML/CSS question that I'm hoping can be answered. Being out of the loop has had some effect on me, so this shouldn't be too hard!
I have a 1x1300 background that I'd like to tile horizontally. This covers the background for the entire page. The problem: I want the middle section to be liquid; IE if there is a lot of text, I want it to get longer. I'm guessing I should split up the 1x1300 into different images, one for the header and one for the footer. (The content area is just a white background, the liquid area)
How would I go about doing this?
