Don't convert images to HTML with a program. There's no way it can achieve the best results when coding websites.

The best tool for this is knowledge. I've not used Sitegrinder before, but I suspect that it won't take very long before you run into a non-trivial use case that requires a lot of study and setup. If you're going to take the time to learn how to use something like Sitegrinder, just save yourself some headache and learn how to write HTML and CSS. They're really not that complicated.

Otherwise, just use a service. You can find plenty of people to do the PSD to HTML conversion for cheap ($50-150).

Well assuming PSD is from Photoshop, why not just slice it in Photoshop then save as web ---> which then makes it a .html document?

From there you can code it in Dreamweaver and optimize it for the web then upload it directly via FTP to your servers like I do! The last step is unique to many servers though but it works with my VPS.

Honestly, HTML isn't rocket science. Give yourself a couple of hours a day and you will pick it up within a few weeks. If your serious about making a website and can't afford to pay someone to do it for you, this is the way you should go about it.

Photoshop allows you to "Save For Web and Devices", which exports all the images that you've sliced plus an html file with all the images aligned like the PSD. The downside to this method of conversion is that Photoshop exports an html document using tables and you are very limited as far as how much content you put on your page.

I would recommend learning how to code html/css yourself and not using a PSD to HTML converter to speed your way through.

PSD file are those which are made on photoshop and photoshop file is in jepg so if u do manually by using good coding of html ,java script css and little bit of flash your website look good and index fast in Google also so dont go for any tools try to do manually.
