I received an email about a site I did, and the person said the site does not render properly using FF 3.6 running on openSUSE.

The site looks fine in IE 6, 7, 8 and FF 3.6 and Safari on both a PC and Mac.

Should I be concerned about openSUSE, and if so how do I test for it?

OpenSuse is just a linux flavor.
And as far as I know, on an actual linux platform, there is no difference in the rendering between a linux box and a window box.

If you still want to test it, I'd say head towards http://software.opensuse.org/112/en, fetch an livecd iso, and fire it up into a vitual machine, like http://www.virtualbox.org/.

You will be able to test your site in firefox from there.
