move the noscript block to AFTER the <script>

Did that and it is still the same.

I solved some of the errors. Working on the rest. Having some hard time as this is Jooma CMS and &amp; gets washed away. I will fix it now...It is 5:10AM morning...Tired and head is spinning...Let me see...
