Hello

I have a question for which I have tried to find an answer, but am not entirely sure what to search for, so please forgive me if it's been answered before.

I have a website (paulroper.com) which is a main page which loads other html (eg. cv.html - my CV/resume) into a DIV thing on this main page when required. So far, so good. But if someone does a Google search and the result is paulroper.com/cv.html, and the user clicks on the result, just the cv.html is (logically) displayed, all bare and stark and not on the main page.

So my question, predictably, is how can I get the sub-page to always load up within the main page?

Thanks for the quick reply...but.....

I looked at the w3schools <target> link and I've already used the <target> thing on my main (index.html) page to open the subpages (eg. cv.html) into a DIV within index.html and it works fine.

I want nobody to ever see the page paulroper.com/cv.html on its own - whenever it's accessed from the main paulroper.com page, it happily opens where it's supposed to - within the main page. But if someone goes directly to paulroper.com/cv (such as via a search) then it opens on its own. What can I put at the start of cv.html to automatically load index.html and plop itself neatly into the page?

Any more ideas/explanations would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you very much! Super smashing great! Added it to the relevant pages, and they never load on their own. Only problem is they load the main home page without the relevant content in the frame. Never mind!
