Question on how to separate a page?

I bought a website called toycarauctions.com and am now converting it into a landscaping site for my business. If you log onto http://www.toycarauctions.com you will see a flash banner on the left hand side displaying some photos. What I can't figure out is how to add writing to the right hand side of the banner so that I can add about a paragraph on the right hand side of the banner without the banner scooting down or moving.

Please help Thanks!

why on earth would you buy a TOY CAR site and then change it to a landscaping site?

Its like buying fishing.com and turning it into a site dedicated to lego.

Thanks for the code I will input it and try! As far as why I bought toycarauctions.com I actually bought sixtysixmarketplace.com and turned it into toycarauctions.com but then wasn't getting the users I needed. I then got tired of spending tons of money on advertising and seo so I decided to use it for my landscaping company. Believe it or not it's actually a perfect setup for a sweet site just with a few tweaks.

Let's hope you figure out that the domain name isn't going to get any better "users" before you waste any more time and money.

You can link CSS to all your pages with the following code.

<link href="test.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

This line should be in the document <head></head> tag.

Sometimes it is easier to make a change like that then to find something that is applicable from the start.

I changed the flash banner to a slideshow and now the writing will not wrap around the picture and I can't write anything underneath.
