I thought I knew this, but apparently not D:

HTML Code:
<fieldset>
<legend>Title</legend>
Blah Blah Blah
</fieldset>
My question is, how do I make TWO legend for fieldsets?

Something like:

HTML Code:
<fieldset>
<legend>Title</legend>
Blah Blah Blah
<legend align="bottom">Title 2!</legend>
</fieldset>

You don't, the legend tag is used for the heading for the fieldset.

Yes, I know what a legend is, but I want two of them on the same fieldset. One like a header and one like a footer.

Position the fieldset relative and position the bottom legend absolutely to the bottom of it.

Ah, I see what you're doing, and yes, it works (That's what I had before), but (I'm using Firefox & Google Chrome) the bottom one (Title 2!) isn't 'inside' the fieldset like 'Title' (Top). I guess it's not possible then, unless you somehow overlay two fieldsets, like this?

HTML Code:
<fieldset>
<legend>Regular Title</legend>
Content Content Content
<fieldset style="height:12px;border:none;"><legend>Bottom Legend?</legend></fieldset>
</fieldset>
