I need you to just make it so I can put tables in the content section and it will stretch to fit the background etc

I don't know how to do this type of stuff. If somebody has free time and wants to help out can you help me with this I would greatly appreciate it

I remember having the same problem. I am not really sure how I did it "exactly" but what I can assure is
I used a software similar to Adobe's Dreamweaver and Microsoft's FrontPage but I am sure that I did not use neither of this
mentioned applications. These sort of applications have a pre configured settings which you can exploit in maneuvering such issues.
