Great post You have given very useful tips and I appreciate them. As we know, shorter and crispier contents catch the eyes of readers. But at times one needs to be elaborate while sharing your own experiences which may be of great use to those who read them.
mainly there are two platforms ist is learning languages and 2nd is using tools that are adobe photoshop, coral draw, dreamweaver, illustrator and etcetera. As w3school.com is mentioned above so learn css and html from w3schools and other for other tools use lynda.com tutorials
I think to learn before web designing it's good to have Client- Server concepts. Then it's good to learn how to develop simple web pages using basic HTML and DHTML tags. The web pages are simply HTML and scripting tags which are executed by any browser.I suggest you read any book of bascic concepts on HTML and try to execute in a browser.
I also recommend w3school. I personally learned much my html skills from there.
What I would also suggest is learning by doing, it is probably better than just reading and taking notes.
learning web designing is very easy.............
there is one site called w3schools it have example for different tags

I think to learn web designing you need to have good understanding of Client-Server concepts and how web applications plays an vital role in E-commerce applications. The techologies used are HTML.DHTML. Java/Vbscript and database like oracle or Mysql..The best way is to study online tutorials and practice in the system.
How can we learn web designing in an easy way ?????
Read the tutorials and try the tools mentioned on this thread. Then practice on a test website - or two - or three. You will not get everything right first time; that is the point of testing and practice.
You can't make the learning exactly easy, but if you make the test website a fun site, the learning is less painful.
I also recommend w3school. I personally learned much my html skills from there.
What I would also suggest is learning by doing, it is probably better than just reading and taking notes.
