To be honest using Notepad would be just as good as frontpage, it is useless.

Hello,
yes, use microsoft frontpage to create or edit php. Notepad its ok but another way dreamweaver is the better option .... It is easy to learn and handle.....

yes my dear you can edit php files is frontpage, but you have to config frontpage before edit php file... go to tools ---> options---> configure editors (add php and inc) extension there. after that you can edit php files
