Multiple directories & css problem...help!

My index page looks fine and it's displaying all css correctly, but the first page I'm building outside of the index seems to have some space at the top, and the menu bar is not displaying correctly.

It's probably something I'm overlooking that is simple, but I was wondering if any of you fine folks could offer some help.

Sorry if this should have gone in the CSS Forum....realized after I posted that it should belong there....

Thanks!

In rickmurphy.html you forgot to include your CSS page demo.css, which is why they look different.
