Hello.

1. I have plans on publishing sites written in Powerpoint. In Powerpoint, should I save down an index-page as with 'normal' sites? If not, should I link to my site with http://mysite.com/mypowerpoitntsite.htm when promoting or linking to my site?

2. I'm also considering to handcode sites, as I did before. Could you provide the basic tags in the head (meta-tags, language, charset) along with doctype html 4.01 and stylesheet-link?

Whichever you prefer

though common sense would suggest sticking to convention would be preferable for OTHER people.

Site designe in power point don't have possiblity to update in functional ways when needed for that we have to hand code it for design which is like making the the work twice so it is better to have hand coded site or to follow CMS which best for SEO.
