On the social network myyearbook.com they have this feature..

The feature is a blue little box and when it is clicked it pops up information about the person and some other features. The box is not a javascript alert box, and it is not opened in a new window. When the blue box is clicked it almost becomes part of the page and the box is created from where the mouse clicked. you can also scroll up and down the page without it going away but to make it go away you just click a little X in the corner. Anyone know how I can do this?
