hi. how do i make a footer fixed at the bottom of a page, but without scrolling.

for example on this page http://www.unitedkarategreatbritain.com/grade.html where ther is not yet any content or on pages with little content i have to scroll what im presumbing to be the height of the footer in order to view it.

how do i remove the scrolling on pages with little content??

i thought if i added the margin: -80px auto 0 auto; of which 80px is the height of the footer my problem would be solved but no

This. The problem isn't in the footer itself usually, it's in the primary container.
