Apparently, my header image - which is a banner with a slogan on it - both pop out of their original position when you load the page. This only happens in IE, and not in any other browser. I have added a window.load(function()) to see if that would fix the issue, but unfortunately, to no avail.

Any idea how to solve this? Help would be greatly appreciated.

What VERSION of IE? I don't see any 'popping out' in IE7.

I am using IE8, version 8.0.7600.16385, to be precise. The 'popping out' happens when you refresh the page or just access it; it pops to the top left - the slogan / pink bit, that is - for about half a second to one second, and then is back to it's original position.
